Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments may be booked through our online system.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a fee.

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours prior to the appointment without charge.

Intellectual Property

All content—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software—is the property of MindBridge and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

MindBridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
